When you hear the phrase "Foods that heal the body,” what thoughts go through your mind? At the Katica Show, we think of yummy fresh fruits and vegetables, simple dishes and feeling great! Each week you will learn how and why your body craves healthy, healing and delicious foods. It's really miraculous how perfectly God designed our bodies. We will equip you with the knowledge that you need about foods and how they can heal your body. It all starts with a choice that only you can make for yourself. Empower yourself with the knowledge and tools to give your body a premium intake, and you will experience one of many ways to Live Vibrantly!
In addition to eating the foods that heal your body, we will share many other ways to enhance your life to have a premium output. It's simple and makes so much sense! I cannot wait to share how important it is for you, your kids, your families and your friends to know the importance of food.
