Qigong (pronounced “Chi-gong”)
This amazing Chinese practice combines breathing,
movements, physical postures, and focused attention to cultivate and balance the Qi. Qi is the life force or life energy. Qigong allows the mind to relax while doing small, gracefully movements and breathing techniques. The results are amazing and immediate! Daily practice of Qigong will literally change your life. Your circulation is enhanced, it stimulates healthy digestion,accelerates your metabolism, boosts your immune system, and the list goes on and on.
